Well a couple of days ago I asked my DH to hide the scales.. which he did bless him. I just didnt want the whole stress of weighing every day and the fluctuations which come with it.
I have a confession though... This morning I went looking for the scales (and I found them not so well hidden in a drawer in the spare bedroom). Crikey I couldnt even last a couple of days without weighing myself!!!! I think I am completely obsessed. Anyway, there wasnt any good news when I got on them... I havent lost a magical 5 kilo's, in fact, I havent lost any since I last weighed myself!!
But, one good thing is... I am committed to working harder until (proper) weigh in day so the scales will be good to me. Soooooooo I am drinking more water and I am making sure that I weigh or check the points value of EVERYTHING that goes into my mouth. I want to save at least 5 points per day and see what difference that makes to the scales.
Now that I have just read what I typed Im thinking that because of my obsession with the scales I should probable weigh once a fortnight or once a month... I will think about it.
